Good to be back. Really good. Infected skin follicle ,unrelated to running on the back of my left hammy. Grew into the size of a baseball and very painful. After the placenta popped, pressure was off. After being right on top of keeping a good dressing on,pulled excruciating amounts of hair off my upper thigh area.Deep open wound the size of a quarter is what's left. Swelling down on the thigh so they are not rubbing together anymore. Didn't get real upset about the down time as I had no choice but not to run. The fact that it's been so effing cold out made it that much easier.
