Started fast again , on purpose, until about .5 mark, then settled into race pace.

Hit the 2 mile mark at 14:30 which was right on,then came Tower Hill. Was down all the way to 9:01 at the top of the hill but recovered well over the top and down to the finish line.

Didn't feel like puking at the end but I think I gave pretty much all I had.
