Typical long run weather, low/mid 70s with low 70s dewpoint. I got lucky because I normally start this around 7:00am but since it was supposed to be raining, I slept in and started a little after 9:00.
Got rolling quickly and put on the brakes. I was hoping to be 6:25ish right before I started the fartlek but I was already there at six miles.
