10x90s on/off at 5:20ish/6:00ish. Slow on the first since it was a gradual uphill. Most of these were into a headwind which made things tough to get rolling....it was aerobically easy but my legs had a little trouble finding the pace. However, the recovery jogs were super easy and they felt a minute+ per mile slower.
Got super thirsty after eight or so of these, so I drunk from the quarry water hose.
Felt really good at the end and it was pretty easy overall. I'm out of shape big time, but I still have my old man strength.
