Doesn't look like I'll get in the 15k Saturday (thanks procrastination), so I'll go back to the Knoxville Half. Because of the extra day of rest, I decided to throw in an easy fartlek on top of my medium run, which is something I like doing during marathon training.
Ran a mile on the track with Joe and then headed to the park and ran 45s fast at the start of every half mile marker. Probably ran this around 5k/10k pace, which didn't really put me in 02 debt and it was more of a longer stride. Didn't time from the start until the first half but ran the last 3.7 right at 6:30 pace. Good session.
