Constant light rain
Was really 8k, which adds 10s or so for a true five miles. Goal was 5:10 pace. I had a huge lunch at Los Maracas that was still sitting in my stomach. I felt a little flat/heavy for a while but got a little better at the end. The effort felt all right and the pace increase was natural.
Consider the cumulative fatigue I have in my legs, this is a pretty good session. But somehow, I have to figure out how to do another 20+ of these in a row in a little over two months.
