Wasn't thinking and reset my watch. Threw the warm-up and cool-down into this.
600m jog after the tempo. I ran some 200s because I wanted a little turnover without taxing myself very much. Goal was 30-31 with 200m jog. Felt good for the first couple but on the fifth, my upper/inner groin got a fatigued and on the last, I had to slow down some the last 50m so I wouldn't fall apart. I had some big time tiredness in the upper/inner groin and was about 50m away from booty-lock. Eh session.
