Met up with Boomer, Max, Volker and Randy. Boomer and I broke away and after a calm first mile or so, a torrential downpour started. The wind was in our face and it was raining really hard, which stung your race. After a mile or two, the hardcore rain was gone and it stayed a steady rain.
Before Rocket City, it poured on my Brixx runs, so hopefully this isn't a bad omen for Saturday!
