Calling this general aerobic, mostly due to the last three miles. I was tooling along at a reasonably easy pace and then got sucked in to trying to keep up with/pass a guy and wound up running the last couple of miles closer to 7:40. Well, no appologies since tomorrow is a day off all together and it felt good.
