Notes

Treadmill run that felt good. This will be my Friday workout through the summer. Still not calling this intervals yet as the pace is too slow and the recovery too long, but 5 x .25 mile with .25 mile recoveries. Run at 6:50 down to 6:20 pace. Plan on working up to doing 6 to 8 of these all at closer to 6:15 pace and then reducing the recoveries perhaps. In the meantime, this was a good run with a couple of pretty slow warmup miles. Felt good to run hard for a few minutes.
