Notes

Hip Flexor was slightly sore today, but I still took off b/c I know it is smarter to miss one day now then 6 weeks later. I looked up some strengthening exercises, and did those after stretching. I then did 6:00 of cross friction massage and iced for 25:00. Plan on seeing what tomorrow brings hoping to get 8-13 in, but I will go shorter or not at all if needed. Sarah is going to put kinesio tape on it Saturday evening. After this week is a dip week which I plan on running 7:30-8:00 pace and to hit about 30 miles, maybe a few more.
