Progression run with the Schimmels. Started off at an easy cruise (I think we started at 7:20's and worked down to 6:27) for 33min and then started to cut down on the way home. Although it was raining, I felt really good and was able to work down to a 5:40min/mile for the last chunk. Cooled down at Soldiers' Field. Sprint Drills and Strides. No pain in quad, which I think is a great sign. I'm feeling confident and fast again. Looking forward to moving in on Sunday. Easy for the next two days, though.
