Going with Dan's measurement of 4k for the tempo, I averaged 5:31(!!) for the tempo section of Canoe Relays. However, my watch clicked off at 2.36 (5:49), so I don't know which to go with. Riley and Jack were on my tail until about 250m to go and then I threw in a little bit of a surge and dropped them. Christian and Mark took forever with the canoe, so I was able to cool off a little bit. Five legs of canoeing.
