Did the route backwards today, so hit the biggest hills at the end, which I usually run down. Sucked some major wiener. I did get to test what it would be like going up the W Circle Drive hill for pacing Sunday. Cruised at mostly sub 6:50 until the last two miles (6:55 up W Circle and 7:30(?) up the big-ass hill by Foxcroft.
It was frickin' humid again today, too.
Some discomfort in the left quad/VMO and some minor pain behind the left knee. Popping.
Extended stretching and short abs afterwards.
