recovery run...Quite possibly the slowest.run.ever. I now understand how normal people feel when they do their runs. My IT band was definitely way tight. Took about .75 miles to get it loosened up but I think I was able to shake the lactic acid out from it. Hopefully it'll be ready to rock and roll by the end of the week.
