2 mile warmup @ 8min pace 20x1min interval with 2min recovery jog, 3-5 min cooldown approximate. Ran with Conrad on the centennial trail from the red wagon to upriver dam and back. Felt really easy through 14 then I believe Conrad began exceeding the agreed upon speed limit. The last few were at or below 5 min pace when the prescribed workout was 5:30-5:45 per mile pace. Good news is that I could have kept going when we finished.
