Progression run...starting quite slow 7.0 on the treadmill and adding .1 every 2 minutes. 7:30 pace after 20 min, 6:40 pace after 40 minutes...went up to 10.6/5:40 during the last 3 miles. A little tired but overall felt good. Going to stick with 5 days/ a week with Tue/Fri completely off for recovery.
