3 mile warm-up plus strides 22:50. Main set, 8x1k building to 11 mph. And then decided to go faster.

Rest interval was the remainder of the mile at 7:30 pace. As usual they got progressively easier (the more I woke up). Avg pace for the K's was 3:25, slowest interval 3:38, fastest interval 3:15.
