Notes

10 mile progression run on the treadmill. Started out at 8min/mile pace and increased my pace every 4 min. Realized at 30 minutes that I wasn't progressing fast enough. Changed to every 3 min, hit 5 miles in 37:45. Continued to increase the pace more frequently to make sure I hit 10 miles in 70 minutes. I averaged 6:25 over the last 5 miles and ran the last 5k in 19:00.

I never really got winded during this workout, but was exhausted by the end. Probably need a ton more sleep.
