1.5 mile warm-up 8x1000 (treadmill) started at 9.6 added .2 each interval ending at 11.0. Increased the pace on the last one to 11.6 by the end. Rest interval was 7.0 for the remaining .38 of each mile but the speeding up and slowing down of the belt increased the recovery pace a bit. Legs were getting heavy on the last two.
