10 min warm-up and 4x1mile on the treadmill with 2 min recoveries. 6:00 - 5:53 - 5:46 - 5:27. Then went 3 miles with my Jon - Silver Pine Loop 9min miles, then 1:45 min run with Amanda (training for snake river half).
