30 min trainer ride then ROTB 400 meter intervals starting at 6:40 pace and finishing at 6 min pace. Warmed up one mile at 7:30 pace and then started intervals, 400 meter recovery jog at 7:30 pace and cool-down at 8:30 pace. Felt really good.
