Greenbluff

Notes

Ran up to Greenbluff and did a loop back to my house. Worked out great, exactly nine miles. Tried to go by effort and keep the pace under control....Averaged 7's to the hill and then ran a 9min mile up to the top. Once I was up there I couldn't run slow. Hit a couple miles under 6 and ran the last 10k just under 38 minutes. Felt good during, after, and the next morning. That's new!
