Notes

1 mile warm-up 5 mile tempo splits were 6:17, 6:17, 6:12, 6:10, 6:00. I was the slowest runner in the group, but felt smooth and easy throughout. Was able to talk the whole way which kept us from killing each other. 3.5 mile cool-down in 25 minutes felt just fine.
