Ran with Aubrey at the St. Paddy's 5 miler in Spokane. A little stiff from yesterday but felt great as I warmed up. We ran on pace through 2.5 miles and then a major negative split as she went 6:27, 6:26, 6:10 to finish in 32:06 with a sub 33min goal.
