Ran to the track at Mt. Spo, did some strides and started my 8x1000. Goal was 3:35 for the first two and drop 5 seconds for each group of two finishing with 3:20. Weather was awesome, a little wind but very warm. Did the first four with my running pants on, last 4 in shorts. I eased up on the first 600 of the last interval and ran the remaining 400 in 72. Felt pretty good about the workout and my effort.
