Spokane Distance Project workout. 8x600, first 400 at 5k race pace decending by 1 sec per interval. Last 200 was a finish kick with each of us leading 2 of the 8. Felt pretty comfortable through 4, then got a bit winded when it was my turn to kick. Not sure if the rest was a full 2min, but it was enough. Let myself go a bit on the last one.
