Easy run on the Mt. Kit Carson Trail (Mt. Spokane) 3 miles out approximately 80% climbing and 3 back. Out in 25 minutes and back in 21. Felt really good especially when I started pushing. 3 of the girls Court, Amy, and Kacey ran over 5 miles with me. Good day!
