Notes

Progression run on the treadmill. Started at 7.8mph did the first mile in 7:45. Increased the pace by .1 every 3 min through the entire 75 min. Last mile in 5:45. I have been maxing out the treadmill at the end of my workouts to get used to a faster pace. Felt great.
