Notes

Long ride after the run. Pushed hard the first two hours and then began feeling it the last 30 minutes. I did do the reverse brick, but the run felt so easy that I didn't expect the bonk.

Up over Forker to East Valley, Upriver Drive/Centenial Trail to downtown. Onto the bloomsday course around the river to nine mile, Rutter Parkway, Indian Paited rocks, and home along Farwell and Market. Lots of climbing and 60 degrees by the end of the ride.
