The first 5 felt so easy that I thought I could do 15 of these. At some point during the 6th interval my stomach felt awful, I even considered droppin my breakfast. Finished the last two with a bit of a breathing issue and then I was fine. Jogging home felt easy and I am sure it is just because I have a little virus I am fighting off.
How many seconds do I get to take off for running in lane 2???
