3 mile warmup followed by 2 on 2 off x 15. Started off easy 9.0mph added .2 through the first 10, then 2 @ 11, 1 @ 11.2, 1@ 11.4, 1@ 11.6. Just getting my legs back under me. Next run will be on Wednesday.
