12 min warm-up, hill repeats x6 2 minutes steady effort climb, 3 minutes recovery back to the start. One long hill after repeats 6 min total climb and then around the bluff steady pace for 30 minutes 6:15-6:30/mile. This was meant to be a strength workout and my quads were burning by the end.
