I am thrashed from the long hills on Tuesday, planning on taking it much easier tomorrow and then a nice 2 hour run on Saturday. Today's workout was 40 minutes of fartlek 90 seconds at race pace every 5 minutes, with a quick tempo during the recovery. For me 7 min/mile was quick today as I averaged 6:20 during the 40 minute cycle.
