Notes

Brick workout at the gym. 10 minute efforts on the bike followed by a 1/2 mile repeat on the treadmill. Started out at 3:08 and increased my pace by 10 seconds/mile each one. Total of 60 minutes on the bike (22.5 miles) and 3 miles of running. Felt pretty good compared to yesterday.
