15 minute warm-up and then 800's every half mile. Started at 6:40/mile pace on the 800's and then picked the pace up in 100 meter increments. I.E. 700 @ 6:40 100@ 6:20, 600 @6:40 200 @ 6:20, until I ran the last 800 at 6:20/mile pace. Almost didn't run because I felt crappy. Halfway through my workout I started feeling great.
