15 min warmup and then 3min on 2min off for 12 reps. Started at 6 min pace on the treadmill and then added .2mph every 2 reps. 10x2 10.2x2 10.4x2 10.6x2 10.8x2 11x1 11.2x1.
Felt really good throughout but needed an extra minute of rest for the last two.
