Ran with Conrad 3x2 mile repeats at sub marathon pace. 2 mile warm-up and the first interval was 12:16 (6:08avg)
second interval was 11:58 (5:59avg), third interval was 11:45 (5:53/avg). It felt really good until the last 3 minutes of the final interval, my lunch was bugging me. Goal pace for the workout was 6:20/mile and we averaged about 6min. Next week 2x3 miles in 18-18:30.
