Notes

Long warm-up and cool-down about 3 miles, then 6X600 with 2min rest half uphill and half down. Felt pretty good throughout with the uphill intervals testing my toughness.

Heartrate on intervals was, 1)173, 2)171, 3)179, 4)177, 5)181, 6)179. My average HR during recoveries ranged from 146-160. Really sore from hill repeats and probably will be sore from this workout as well.
