I think I ran one lap more than I was supposed to? felt like I was running too fast at first, can't imagine i actually ran 9:40...
today felt horrible. Went to bed with a massive fever last night, and without having eaten nearly enough by the end of the day. Also a day late on my medication. Today, calves felt fine mostly; right hip flexor tightness, and tightness in my lungs/sides. Hopefully I'm feeling better by saturday.
Knees still feel a bit sore from falling/squats last week; might skip leg workout tomorrow. we'll see.
