man, that run sucked.

throughout, even 10/mi was feeling like a grind. maybe i took too much pre-workout? maybe i've been too stressed? maybe still getting over this cold? but i was having massive heart palpitations for the first 2 miles. horrible.

at around 2.5mi my stomach started hurting; some muscle just to the left of my belly button. maybe ate too much too soon before running? i was miserable. at 3.125 (31:13) i stopped it and walked a quarter mile. first time i've had to do that! horrible.

after that, i ran the last 1.875, which wasn't too bad. finished pretty strong. did the last mile in 9:40ish?

i don't know. i'm set to ramp up again next week, but i might take a step-back week and just do 8miles (2 each run). i'm run tomorrow's 2 as usual then see how i'm feeling on tuesday.
