Another treadmill run, nothing new to report. First treadmill I got on at my gym, i think it fried my headphones! Tried plugging into the TV and the left ear stopped working. bullshit.
Knees hurt a bit at first, right in front of my knee caps. tendon pain? no doubt from yesterday. it felt alright by the end. here's hoping it feels better soon, i got squats tomorrow...
