Another rough one! Managed 5 miles then thought, "man. if i wanna make it to 8 i'm gonna need to stop and walk for a bit." I'm a bit bummed I had to do that, but guess I'm not really surprised either. I had to hit my wall sometime. I guess 7miles is my continuous max right now!
probably doesn't help, how stressed and tired i've been with school. i'm sure that i wasn't running my best today.
Body feels trashed right now. Nothing really hurts especially, just everything's sore. A good amount of sore I guess, but still worse than I've felt after previous long runs. Not sure how I should be pacing my 10k next weekend. 8:30/mi pace seems like it might be a bit ambitious, but i'll see how i feel this friday.
