Notes

I was pretty bummed I didn't hit all my miles yesterday so I did an easy 3 on the treadmill after my leg workout. Didn't go as horribly as I was expecting. I'm looking forward to getting my endurance up though so I don't have to run 6x a week to hit 25mi. Here's hoping 7 tomorrow doesn't kill me.

I also feel like my right glute/post hip muscles are giving me less crap, which would be nice if that's true.
