oof. kinda rough. been super tired all day today, so this was a grinder. i wasn't there for like 90% of the run, mentally. lungs were kinda stressed too. legs felt okay though.

whoops. looks like i missed a lap again this run? ah well.

i did 5min on the exercise bike after running, hoping that'll help my legs recover. we'll see how i feel tomorrow.
