Notes
Not bad. Not fun, but not bad. Boring. Lungs were a bit taxed. Legs feel fine. Still hate the treadmill. School's got me so damn tired.
I'm a bit worried I won't be able to handle tomorrow's 4.5mi too well, but we'll see how i feel tomorrow. If I'm really feeling shitty, maybe i'll just do 4.0mi. Gotta save up for my 7mi on Saturday too...
(previous note: Going to start adding in Wed runs, I think. Should be at the point where I can safely handle 5x a week running. I already did two tempo runs recently, so this week will just be another easy run - next week i'll start doing tempos here.)
