watch messed up; looked down after first mile and it was zero'd out. oh well. I know i ran it too fast though, probably did it around 8:40. Second mile was definitely 9:11.
surprised at how good i felt after yesterday! and felt way better than last Sunday. very little pain too. wearing compression calf sleeves though. Well, the left one at least, gotta find the other...
I think my program's supposed to pick up this week (3.5 middle of the week runs, 5mi on Saturday) so that should be fun.
