That makes avg mile 9:19.25, but meh, I guess this thing rounds up.
Not too upset with this overall. Avg pace is slower than previous runs, but I did that somewhat on purpose. mostly because I didn't want a repeat of last week (feeling massively like i had a cold after my 4mi) and because I probably should be running slower than I previously have been, anyway. Really happy with the positive split! Side started hurting the last half mile, but the last lap I flew. Happy I could run the last mile essentially at race pace after having already run 3mi. Probably shouldn't have done that, but oh well.
