oh man, that was nuts.

as soon as i started my lower back was hurting me (had to pick up my fallen over motorcycle yesterday, always tweaks my back for a few days). Figured I'd do 2 miles and see how i felt; after 2 I figured "fuck it, let's do this".

Calves never gave me any trouble, though both hip flexors were hurting by the end (right started around mile 3, left around mile 4). I'm psyched though! Splits were pretty good too. Part of me is a little annoyed I didn't run it faster, but I also know I really should be doing splits around this speed, anyway.
