I think it's cool that these days, I can run 5 miles, then come home, and a few hours later I'll be back to feeling like normal. It doesn't drain me like it used to. Cool!

Calves felt tight today. no shin-splint-indicating, hurts-on-impact pain. just muscle tightness. Think I pushed the calf raises too much on Monday. otherwise, felt pretty much okay. Gym was way too fucking hot, per usual. No real hot dudes there tonight. shame.

hopefully tempo work doesn't kill me tomorrow morning...
